Week 1
Discovery
A two-hour on-site consultation. We measure the rooms, listen to how you live, and ask harder questions than 'what color do you like'. You receive a written, personalized quote.

Weeks 2 – 8
Design
Plans, palette, materials, fixtures — all of it agreed before a single order is placed. We work in physical samples and full-room mock-ups, not vibe boards.

Weeks 8 – 12
Documentation
Trades-ready drawings. Millwork shop drawings, electrical RCPs, finish schedules. Every detail recorded so nobody on site is guessing — and so the budget holds.

IV
Through install
Delivery
We're on site for install, styling, and the final walk-through. Punch lists addressed, art hung, lamps lit. A single photoshoot when the room is fully settled.
