After graduating from Baylor University with honors in design, Renae worked with architects for eight years, gaining experience in commercial construction and honing the technical side of design. In 2011 she established Palmer Davis Design in Waco, Texas with her partner Jill. Her mix of old and new, paired with an obsession for detail, results in timeless work that brings clients back again and again.

Jill is co-founder of Palmer Davis Design. In 2006 she received a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Baylor University. Her love for design began early with parents who were builders, renovators and decorators. Clients appreciate the sense of warmth and comfort she creates. Her own home — which she designed and contracted — was featured on the cover of Wacoan Magazine's New Home of the Year in 2015.

JeraLyn's expertise in organization and project management drew her to interior design, where she gives function to a space while building a cohesive relationship between the inhabitants and their surroundings. Her philosophy stems from an awareness of nature and a focus on sustainable, economically sourced materials — with an emphasis on light, color, line, and contrast.

Annabelle grew up on a family farm in rural Nebraska before studying five years at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Her quiet, small-town origin shapes her work with concepts of balance, harmony, and simplicity. She designs experiential spaces for everyday living that speak for themselves.
Interior Designer
Presley is originally from Southern California, where she grew up showing horses — a pursuit that eventually brought her to Baylor University. She received her Bachelor of Family Consumer Sciences in Interior Design with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Growing up in California inspires her work with concepts of line, light, and texture.
